A bit of confusion with the staff at the entrance regarding que formation, apart from that a great experience no ticket issue & the audio guide was very handy. 🍀

He pagado un precio por la entrada y audio guía , y cuando estoy en puerta me dicen que no tengo incluido el audio guía , que le han dado entradas normales , tuvimos que volver a comprar otro ticket para poder utilizarlo durante el museo , sinceramente estoy verdaderamente decepcionado con vosotros , no me habéis dado una solución al problema , ya no más .
